Chapter 01

Idea / Clarity before noise

Difficult subjects,
made understandable.

I am a psychotherapist and public commentator. I make conversations about mental health clear, honest and grounded in everyday life.

01 / The personPeople can be supported without preaching. A good conversation does not speak over lived experience.

02 / SocietyMental wellbeing grows within a person, but never in a vacuum. The structures around us matter too.

Chapter 03

AI / DC · Area of interest

Raised around
computers.

I grew up around computers and I am deeply fascinated by artificial intelligence and the infrastructure behind it, especially how data centres operate.

I am interested in the whole chain: computing, energy, physical infrastructure and the impact of the systems built on top of it on people and society.

Chapter 04

Mental Health Club / Est. 2020

Every mind deserves space.

Mental Health Club brings together therapeutic understanding, community and culture. The goal is simple: make asking for help a little easier and talking about difficult things a little more ordinary.

01
Mental health

Difficult subjects do not need difficult language

Clarity does not make a serious subject trivial. It makes it possible to understand, share and talk about.

When words are found, a person no longer has to carry the experience entirely alone. That is why I speak about the mind as I would speak to a person, not a diagnosis.

02
Society

Mental health is not an individual performance

Coping is often discussed as a skill that should simply be trained more. Yet everyday life is also shaped by work, money, services and whether a person is heard.

Mental wellbeing grows within a person, but never in a vacuum. That is why we must be able to discuss structures without losing sight of individual experience.

03
Young people

What does a young person need when words run out?

A perfect question or ready-made solution is not always needed. Often, what matters most is an adult who does not rush away from a difficult feeling.

Safety begins with something small: someone noticing, asking again and being able to stay with the answer even when it is not easy.
